The WorkForce Pro EM-C800 network printer combines high-performance colour printing with cost efficiency. Utilising PrecisionCore inkjet technology, this compact printer includes a replaceable ink pack system (RIPS) with extra high-capacity packs, providing enough ink to print up to 50,000 ISO pages in mono and 20,000 ISO pages in colour before needing a replacement1.
It delivers professional-quality prints quickly, at speeds of 25 ISO ppm2 (mono/colour), with no warmup required. With support for PCL3 and PostScript 3™, it’s perfect for network printing and enables seamless integration with enterprise systems because of its open platform. Enhanced security features make access control simple and effective.

Powered by Epson's advanced thin-film piezoelectric (TFP) elements, produced through MEMS manufacturing and semiconductor micro-fabrication techniques, PrecisionCore redefines printing.
At its core is the PrecisionCore MicroTFP print chip, a digital chip that ejects ink without using heat and operates at micron-level precision—1/100th the width of a human hair. This remarkable accuracy leads to superior results while the heat-free design reduces power consumption, minimises consumables and requires less maintenance, saving both time and money.
Achieve fast print speeds of up to 25 ISO ppm2 (mono/colour) with zero warmup time, along with quick first-page output and automatic 2-sided printing.
The replaceable ink pack system with extra high-capacity packs allows for up to 50,000 ISO pages in mono and 20,000 ISO pages in colour without needing to change the ink packs. Its expandable paper capacity supports up to 1,830 pages with optional trays.
The device features a 50-page Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) and supports automatic double-sided printing, copying, duplex scanning at speeds up to 60 images per minute (ipm), and faxing.
DURABrite Ultra pigment ink provides fast-drying, water-resistant prints with vivid colour and sharp black text. This advanced pigment-based ink set, combined with heat-free PrecisionCore technology, produces smudge-proof, fade-resistant, and water-resistant prints that are even highlighter friendly.
The EM-C800 is equipped with a full suite of advanced security features which make it easy to control access.
