Workshop Repairs

Technotronics offers a Pick-up & Drop-Off Service fee for customers who are not able to bring their machines into the workshop. Please complete the below form and a confirmation email will be sent to you. You will be directed to the relevant product page to process payment for the repair and/or the delivery service.

Please note this is a courier service. Devices MUST be packaged well in appropriate packaging and with clear instructions. You must be available for collection and return (a time-window ONLY will be provided).

Please make sure you have the following items...

• The device itself, no cables or boxes are needed. If the device is powered by a AC adapter such as a notebook or scanner, then you must bring THIS adapter as well.
• Your proof of purchase. Receipt from the store the device was purchased from.
• Leave the cartridges/toners IN the machine. (If applicable)
