Workshop Repair Quote Fee with Pick-Up and Drop-Off Service

Technotronics is an Authorised Service Centre for some of the key Manufacturers.

This service is for Sydney Metro and for devices that do not exceed 15kg, and packed dimensions no greater than 50cm cubed. The device will need to be packed well, in a box , and will be collected by a courier.

It will cover projectors, scanners, printers, multifunction devices (compact, including small laser, Ecotank, Inkjets), POS printers ,labellers, laptops, computers etc. Please check if unsure.

This cost includes the quote fee to assess the device as well as the courier pick up and return. The quote fee will be offset against the labour charge if you go ahead with the repair.

Repairs are conducted at our Workshop

Repairs not collected within 3 weeks, may be disposed of.

Please make sure you have the following items...

• The device itself, no cables or boxes are needed. If the device is powered by a AC adapter such as a notebook or scanner, then you must bring THIS adapter as well.
• Leave the cartridges/toners IN the machine (if applicable).
• Full  fault description and samples (if applicable).
