Log an On-Site Service Request
Some devices will come with an onsite warranty. To log a service call for a device under manufacturer ON-SITE warranty please visit the "Warranty Repair" page and complete the form. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
For all other devices where on-site attendance is required, please complete the below form. A confirmation email will be sent to you, and you will be directed to the relevant product page to process payment for the on-site component.
