Log an On-Site Warranty Service Request
Some devices will come with a manufacturer On-site warranty. To log a service call for a device under MANUFACTURER ON-SITE WARRANTY please visit the "Warranty Repair" page and complete the form.
If your machine has a valid manufacturer Return-to-Base (RTB) warranty, but you would like one of our technicians to come to you then please fill out the following form.
Most machines will come with a RTB warranty, however if you are unsure please start a live chat with one of our helpful sales staff or email us.
Following the completion of the below form, a confirmation email will be sent to you and you will be directed to the relevant product page to process payment for the on-site component. Please note: Ceiling mounted projectors are POA.
