Description
This SERVICE is available to request an ONSITE service for machines that have a current Return-to-Base (RTB) Warranty where the customer would like a technician to attend at their premises to repair or service their device which is under Manufacturer's warranty.
This is for devices for which the warranty is Return to Base and is available for Sydney Metro and for areas within a 35km radius.
Manufacturer's covered in this instance are: Brother International, Canon Australia and Epson Australia
On-site services are not covered under RTB Warranties.
On-site warranty service calls for ceiling mounted projectors are POA.
Please make sure that you fill in the on-site warranty service form and upload your proof of purchase.
